Meetings and Toy Inventories

Winter Toy Inventory: At inventory we sort the toys, clean them, and re-mark any catalogue numbers that may have worn off. This is a big job, but can easily be accomplished in the morning with lots of help. Plan to come for an hour or so, or stay the whole morning, if you can. Please bring your own bucket and rags, and a fine point, indelible marker, if you have one. Also, if you have any toys, or toy pieces hanging around your house, please try to bring them along.
June Toy Inventory: This is a fun evening to put our toys back in order, as well as enjoy some refreshments and each other's company.

Annual General Meeting: We will lay much of the ground work for next year, including election of a new Executive (2 Co-Chairs, Secretary and Treasurer) and Board members (9 in total, including the Executive, two members-at-large, and two non-Toy Library members representing the community), select committees and duty days, discuss our current finances, and budget for next year, as well as discuss any issues that have arisen this year. For this meeting, we require a quorum of 50% +1, so we are looking for a minimum of 10 members in attendance. Please try to make it, if you can. RSVP, to Diane or Renae. Also, if you have an item for the agenda, please bring it to their attention.
