Keys are at the B&C convenience store. Pick up around 9:00 or 9:15 am.
Bring: bottled water (two 4-litre jugs ought to do it), fruit (bite-size is good), cream, milk, crackers and cheese, muffins, any heart-healthy snacks without nuts.
As soon as you get in, turn the heat on (if cool or wintertime).
Make coffee (one carafe each regular and decaffeinated). Two level scoops of coffee will make each 12-cup pot. Set out a can of apple juice (supply in the closet).
Lay out pink tablecloth, playdough or blank newsprint roll on the craft table.
Set up table w/file box, pen&marker trays, drop-in fee box and membership card box.
Unroll the carpet on the babies' side and set up a few toys.
Set up: two long benches (dividing the hall in half), foam alphabet pads, comforter w/pillows for "quiet corner", bouncing tube w/frame with the larger ride-ons.
